Standard E-code (ECE) lamps are substancially better than the factory "Sealed Beam" headlamps typically installed in most OE-applications. Sealed beam lamps are horrible, as you already know, or else you wouldn't be shopping online for better lighting. Combine these high-efficiency headlamps with a pair of quality high-output bulbs and enjoy driving at night.

Cibié's e-code (ECE) headlamps use advanced optics to emit a very wide and powerful lighting pattern, with a crisp and distinct cutoff line. Hands down, these are quite possibly the best e-code headlamps we have ever worked with. While the Cibié-brand products are a bit more expensive than competing brands, Cibié's superior build quality, performance and safety benefits certainly outweigh the additional cost.
